You add a lightweight Flow collector to your website and/or connect supported business systems such as your store, POS, or APIs. Installation is an addition to what you already use — you do not need to replace your website, analytics, or commerce platform.

No. Flow works alongside your current marketing, analytics, ecommerce, and operations tools. It adds a measurement layer for the activity and outcomes you choose to connect, without changing how those systems run day to day.

Flow measures the online marketing and website activity you connect — for example campaign trackers, tracked links, and tagged visits — and relates it to business outcomes you configure. Those outcomes can include purchases, POS transactions, registrations, bookings, and other supported events, depending on your setup.

Google Analytics helps you understand traffic and behaviour on your digital properties. Flow connects selected marketing and site activity with business outcomes that may occur later, offline, or on another domain, using evidence from the systems and outcomes you link to Flow.

Shopify analytics focuses on what happens in your store. Flow can connect selected marketing activity to those orders and, when configured, extend measurement to journeys that involve other sites, channels, or offline steps before or after the Shopify purchase.

Email and marketing platforms report on sends, clicks, and conversions within their own products. Flow provides another layer that ties the campaigns and entry points you route through Flow to purchases, store activity, and other outcomes recorded in your connected business data.

Advertising platforms report using their own events, attribution models, and conversion windows. Flow measures the relationship between the activity and outcomes you connect in your environment — such as campaign costs and sales from your business systems — so you can compare platform reports with your connected evidence.

A Flow tracker is a unique measurement reference for a campaign, channel, or asset, often used through a tracked link or tagged URL. Tracker-level measurement helps you see how a specific promotion performs against connected outcomes instead of relying only on broad channel summaries.

Yes. Flow supports a configurable URL tracking parameter so you can use a name that matches your brand or existing link standards. That can make links easier for your team to recognise and keep consistent with how you already tag campaigns.

Flow is designed to reduce reliance on traditional third-party cookie measurement and to remain useful as browsers and platforms restrict cross-site tracking. Depending on your configuration, first-party or other supported techniques may be used; Flow is not built around advertising-network identifiers alone.

Flow is built around data from websites, integrations, and business outcomes that you control or connect — the marketing activity, orders, POS records, and imports you choose to send. That supports a measurement view grounded in your connected business data rather than only in third-party platform reporting.

Yes. You can verify and collect from multiple websites or digital properties within your plan limits. That helps when customers move between brands, regions, or separate sites before an outcome occurs.

Yes. You decide which activity entry points and outcome sources Flow should measure — for example specific campaigns, events, or integrations — rather than sending your entire customer or business dataset by default.

Yes, where a supported connection or data path is available. Outcomes can come from POS systems, commerce platforms, APIs, or other collectors. Some outcome sources do not require a website tracker at all.

Yes. When a purchase, POS sale, registration, or other record happens later or in an external system, you can import or sync that outcome data so it can be associated with earlier marketing activity connected to Flow, subject to your configuration and matching rules.

When you provide campaign or tracker costs and connect the relevant revenue or value outcomes, Flow can show attributed revenue, ROAS, and ROI for those campaigns or trackers. If cost or outcome data is missing, those figures will be incomplete or unavailable.

Advertising platforms calculate ROAS and ROI from their own attributed conversions, spend, and reporting rules. Flow calculates from the campaign costs and business outcomes you connect — which may include offline or delayed sales a platform does not see. The figures can differ because each view uses different data and rules, not because one method is always more accurate.

Flow supports privacy-aware measurement and can use hashed values where appropriate for matching. Flow Private is an optional layer that encrypts sensitive records before they reach Flow, with encryption keys under your control on supported plans. You remain in control of what you connect and share.

Yes. Agencies and multi-brand businesses can use separate client or brand measurement environments so campaigns, outcomes, and reporting for one business stay separate from another.

No. Flow is designed to work alongside those tools. Keep using them for analytics, advertising, store operations, and lifecycle marketing while Flow connects selected activity to the business outcomes you want to measure.

Flow can complement AI-assisted workflows where that helps your team, but measurement in Flow is based on the activity and outcomes you connect — not on assumed or generated performance. AI is best used to interpret and act on that evidence, not to replace it.

Yes. Start with a free trial, add the Flow collector or connections you need, link the activity and outcome sources relevant to your business, and evaluate whether the connected measurement is useful before you upgrade.

Flow is designed around measurement data rather than a centralised customer identity database. You choose the activity and business outcomes you want to connect, allowing measurement without requiring Flow to build a complete profile of every customer.

Flow collects the measurement data required for the activity and outcomes you configure. This can include campaign and website activity, trackers, purchases, registrations, POS transactions and other business events. You control which collection entry points are used.

Flow does not require a centralised customer identity database to connect marketing activity with business outcomes. Measurement can be based on the references and business data configured for each use case.

Flow keeps measurement environments separated by tenant so data belonging to one business is not combined with another. This is particularly important when Flow is used by agencies managing multiple clients or brands.

Yes. Agencies can use separate tenants for clients or brands, keeping their measurement data and connected business activity isolated from other customers they manage.

Yes. Businesses with multiple premises, stores or franchise locations can use separated measurement environments where required, helping keep activity and outcomes associated with the appropriate location or business.

Yes. Flow allows you to select the activity and outcome entry points you want to measure rather than collecting everything by default. This gives you control over the data that is brought into each measurement environment.

Flow is designed to reduce reliance on traditional third-party cookie-based measurement. Its own collection and tracking mechanisms provide an alternative measurement layer as browser, cookie and platform restrictions continue to change.

Flow is designed around measurement data collected from websites and business systems that you control or connect. This reduces dependence on third-party advertising platforms and their individual tracking and reporting environments.

Flow Private is an optional additional privacy layer for customers that require stronger protection for sensitive measurement records. Data can be encrypted before it reaches Flow, providing an additional layer of protection beyond standard Flow data handling.

No. Flow Private is optional. Standard Flow provides the measurement and data-separation capabilities of the platform, while Flow Private is available when an organisation requires an additional encryption layer.

Yes. Flow Private is designed to encrypt sensitive records before they reach the Flow platform, providing an additional privacy layer for organisations with more demanding data-protection requirements.

Flow currently uses its configured cloud data infrastructure for storage. A customer-selectable data-location option is planned for a future release.

Coming soon. Flow is planned to offer a data-location storage option that will allow eligible customers to select their preferred storage location. Availability and supported locations will be announced when the feature is released.

Flow provides privacy-focused measurement capabilities, but using Flow does not by itself make a business compliant with a particular privacy law or regulation. Your organisation remains responsible for determining the requirements that apply to its data, customers and jurisdictions.
