    Privacy policy

    Last updated: 13 August 2026

    This document sets out the privacy policy of Ulittle Pty Ltd ABN 87 658 942 986 (referred to in this privacy policy as 'we', 'us', or 'our'). Ulittle provides marketing attribution and evidence products, including Ulittle Attribution Engine and Ulittle Flow. We take our privacy obligations seriously and have created this privacy policy to explain how we store, maintain, use and disclose personal information.

    1. Introduction

    • (a) This privacy policy applies when you visit https://ulittle.com/ (the Website), create or use an Ulittle account, or use Ulittle Attribution Engine, Ulittle Flow or related Ulittle services.
    • (b) By providing personal information to us, you consent to our storage, maintenance, use and disclosing of personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
    • (c) We may change this privacy policy from time to time by posting an updated copy on our Website, and we encourage you to check our Website regularly to ensure that you are aware of our most current privacy policy.

    2. Ulittle products and information we process

    Ulittle provides two complementary products. The exact information we may collect or process depends on which Ulittle product, features, integrations and tracking mechanisms you enable.

    • Ulittle Attribution Engine – a Shopify-focused attribution product that helps merchants connect marketing activity and tracking links with Shopify revenue and generate attribution and performance insights.
    • Ulittle Flow – Ulittle's evidence and signal collection infrastructure that captures and connects marketing, digital, online-to-offline and point-of-sale revenue signals to provide a unified evidence trail for attribution, where those features are enabled.

    We do not collect every category of information described in this policy from every customer. Where a feature, integration or tracking mechanism is not enabled, the related information may not be processed.

    3. Types of information we collect

    The personal and related information we may collect includes the following:

    • (a) website visitor information, such as device identity and type, IP address, browser information, approximate location information derived from technical signals, page-view statistics and standard web log information;
    • (b) Ulittle account and customer information, such as name, email address, telephone number, business name, employer or role details and other contact or account details you provide;
    • (c) Shopify store and merchant information made available through a connected Shopify integration, where enabled;
    • (d) marketing tracking and attribution data, including campaign and tracker information, tracking-link interactions and related technical identifiers;
    • (e) browser, device and usage information, including cookies, browser storage, session information and interaction data;
    • (f) attribution signals and conversion or revenue signals used to connect marketing activity with outcomes;
    • (g) Shopify order and revenue information used for attribution and reporting, where a Shopify store is connected;
    • (h) Flow-collected digital, online-to-offline and point-of-sale or store-visit signals, where Ulittle Flow and the relevant functionality are enabled;
    • (i) integration data exchanged with connected third-party services such as Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo or Shopify;
    • (j) customer support and communications information, including messages you send to us;
    • (k) billing or payment-related information where needed to administer your account or subscription; and
    • (l) any other information you provide to us via our Website, account, forms, support channels or otherwise.

    4. How we collect personal information

    We may collect personal information either directly from you, from your connected store or integrations, or from third parties, including where you:

    • (a) visit or interact with our Website;
    • (b) create an account or receive Ulittle services;
    • (c) connect a Shopify store or enable tracking, attribution or Flow features;
    • (d) connect third-party marketing or advertising platforms;
    • (e) communicate with us via email, telephone, social applications or our contact form; and
    • (f) interact with our content, advertising or support materials.

    You can also review our Terms & Conditions.

    5. Tracking and identifiers

    Where enabled, Ulittle may use tracking links, cookies, browser storage, identifiers and related technical signals to help connect interactions with campaigns, sessions, conversions or revenue events. These mechanisms operate at a conceptual level to support attribution and reporting features.

    A tracking identifier may not always be available, and attribution may not always be possible. Browser settings, consent choices, blocked storage, missing identifiers and other technical factors can limit what Ulittle is able to connect.

    If you do not wish information to be stored as a cookie, you can disable cookies in your web browser. Doing so may affect how some Ulittle features work.

    6. Shopify-related information

    Where a customer connects a Shopify store, Ulittle may process information made available through the Shopify integration that is reasonably necessary to provide attribution, reporting and related functionality. Depending on the permissions granted and features enabled, this may include store information, order information, transaction or revenue information, campaign or tracking references and technical identifiers.

    Ulittle processes this information to help customers understand marketing performance and revenue outcomes. We do not claim to receive payment card details through the Shopify integration unless that information is separately provided by you for billing purposes.

    7. How we use personal information

    We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

    • (a) to provide, operate and administer Ulittle Attribution Engine, Ulittle Flow and related services;
    • (b) to generate attribution, performance and evidence insights based on available signals;
    • (c) for record keeping and administrative purposes;
    • (d) to provide information about you to our contractors, employees, consultants, agents or other third parties for the purpose of providing services to you;
    • (e) to improve and optimise our service offering and customer experience;
    • (f) for security, fraud prevention and service integrity;
    • (g) to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements with third parties;
    • (h) to send you marketing and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you and for the purpose of direct marketing (in accordance with the Spam Act). You can opt out of receiving marketing materials from us by using the opt-out facility provided;
    • (i) to send you administrative messages, reminders, notices, updates, security alerts and other information requested by you; and
    • (j) to consider an application of employment from you.

    We may disclose your personal information to cloud providers, contractors and other third parties located inside or outside of Australia. If we do so, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient deals with such personal information in a manner consistent with how we deal with it.

    8. Third-party integrations

    Customers may connect Ulittle to third-party platforms, including Shopify, Google Ads, Meta and Klaviyo, to import campaign or spend information, export or transmit conversion or attribution signals, or otherwise support the customer's configured workflow. Additional integrations may be offered from time to time.

    The information exchanged depends on the integration and the permissions granted by the customer. Third-party platforms process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Ulittle does not control the data practices of those platforms and does not guarantee that data sent to or received from an integration will always be available, accepted, matched, synchronised or retained by the third party.

    References to Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Shopify or any other third-party service are for identification only. Ulittle is not affiliated with, endorsed by or controlled by those third parties. Please review the relevant third party's own privacy documentation before enabling an integration.

    9. Sharing your personal information

    We may share information with categories of service providers and third parties where reasonably necessary for the relevant service, customer instruction, legal obligation or legitimate operational purpose, including:

    • (a) infrastructure and hosting providers that support our systems;
    • (b) analytics and operational service providers that help us improve and operate the services;
    • (c) payment or billing providers, where applicable;
    • (d) Shopify, where a store connection is enabled;
    • (e) advertising platforms and marketing integrations such as Google Ads, Meta and Klaviyo, where connected by the customer; and
    • (f) professional advisers, regulators or other parties where required or permitted by law.

    We share only what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

    10. Data retention

    We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Where deletion is requested, some information may still need to be retained where legally or operationally required.

    11. Security

    We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access. We use a range of administrative and technical measures to protect our systems. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

    12. Links

    If you think that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, please contact us using the contact details set out below and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is corrected.

    Depending on where you live, you may also have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will consider requests in accordance with those laws where they apply.
